Business Objectives

We focus on supplying semiconductor materials for fabricating semiconductor devices and photovoltaic cells, parts for semiconductor production equipment, and photovoltaic cells. We also focus on exploiting new markets relating with semiconductor materials and semiconductor production equipment through our domestic and overseas personal relationships.

Corporate History

Jan. 1996 Established with a capital of 10 million Yen.
Oct. 1997 Started sale of thin film coated products manufactured by IMAT Inc. in the U.S.A.
Apr. 1999 Developed a technology to process the surface of the silicon wafer.
Apr. 2000 Started sale of recycled silicon wafers.
Sep. 2001 Applied for a patent for a technology to produce a silicon substrate for photovoltaic cells.
Mar. 2003 Was awarded Clean Japan Center Chairman Award.
Mar. 2005 Set up Kyushu branch office.
Mar. 2006 Granted a Japanese patent for a technology to produce a silicon substrate for fabricating photovoltaic cells.
Mar. 2007 Started sale of photovoltaic cells.
Jul. 2008 Set up Kyushu Sales Office
